If this matter cannot be resolved at that stage then please contact Mr Frank Carpenter who will be pleased to mediate. If it becomes necessary then Mr Carpenter will bring the matter before the other directors of Safe Sunbathers Ltd. We will do our very best to find a satisfactory solution but our responsibility and liability to you does not in any event extend beyond the total amount that you have paid for the goods you ordered.
